Why do our parents struggle with new apps? They are constantly requesting their children or grandchildren to book them a cab ride, or order food online, and now grocery too. That's because most apps are not designed for that generation. They are getting digitally excluded very rapidly. As a result, they are now dependent, exposed and vulnerable. We are going to change this.

DigiCoach: Empowering Individuals to be Digital Champions
For several vulnerable groups, digital technology is not accessible simply because they find it difficult to learn. They need special attention. Like school tutors or fitness trainers, these coaches will be able to train others on how to use new technology while maintaining highest security and trust standards. We are aiming to create 20,000 livelihoods in one year.

Where is Fudge?: Connecting Pet communities across India
Have you ever lost a pet? What's the first thing you did? You posted pictures of your pet in several whatsapp groups? We did that too. And we realised its such a task to keep searching for pet groups in different neighbourhoods. Why can't one website aggregate all these groups in one place? We are doing that now.
Missing Pet Platform
Upload picture of your missing pet on the platform. It gets shared in all Pet whatsapp groups in your neighbourhood. In case it is found in any of the groups, you will get a message.
Join Pet parent Whatsapp Groups
Discover & Connect with other pet lovers in your city, share info, and find support.
'Adopt a Pet' platform
Upload picture of an animal you want to get adopted on the dashboard. It gets shared in all Pet whatsapp groups in your neighbourhood. You will get a message whenever anyone shows interest.

Find groomers, trainers, walkers, and other pet care professionals.

hoodro.ai: Using technology to get local civic problems resolved
Our megacities are crumbling with poor maintenance, even though we are economically growing as a nation. When you travel abroad, you realise civic infrastructure doesn't have to be that bad.
Can we make sure the Municipal authorities, the RWAs and our local leadership is held accountable - lets issue them tickets that they can resolve or ignore! Our neighbourhoods do need a facelift.
  • Just take a picture and it will generate a ticket with location, description and other details. It will also tag the concerned RWAs, local authority and elected representatives.
  • Resolved tickets go into green bucket, unresolved tickets go into red bucket.
  • Ticket creator will be able to get signatures from supporters, can use ticket to mobilise public support online

A community builder, he maintains a bird's eye-view on the impact of new technology on everyday lives. At Digital Inclusion Lab, Bilal wishes to build solution-focussed enterprises. He has worked in New York City, Dubai and is currently based in New Delhi, India

From Rs 20 crore tech startups to Biryani kitchens, Mohit has powered a diverse range of ventures across India. He works in the intersection of technology, marketing and community building.
